All items listed below are included in the KEY1 security package, tailored to suit you,

starting from as low as $25 per system per month.  (*1)

This is a LOT of services and support for a low monthly fee.

We get all this done using state-of-the-art remote support technology while still giving personal support directly to the users.

Keycom will provide the following support services and products that make up the Key1 support model.

1.   1300 422274 support number

2.   Online tasks/web logging/reporting of any issues (link provided on computer desktop)

3.   Network system audit and audit updates

4.   Assessment, revision, update, consult and advise

5.   Consultation (planning, management, forecasting)

6.   Regular management meetings and reviews

to ensure any SLA is met, provide client requirements, continuing assessment of services.

7.   Coordination, liaison and support for your application vendor

8.   Computer monitoring (logs & alerts, remote and continuous)

9.   Computer maintenance (updates, patches, all systems maintenance)

10.  All license renewal and upgrade checks and notifications, to keep up to date

11.  Monthly report of network activity and system status

12.  Accountability of IT work, tasks and issues

13. Remote access facility (remote location access to user’s desktop, remote instruction)

14. Unlimited User helpdesk ( <5mins free, more tech time may be billed @ 15min blocks)

15. Technician response – technician required for remote desktop support,

& on-site support for break/fix, upgrades, emergency, etc. (actual tech time is billable).

This is called MAC (Moves, Adds, Changes) and is over and above the support for existing systems.

16.  Emergency on-site support provision (urgent, AH, weekend)

if immediate action is required and if emergency remote support cannot resolve an urgent issue

plus a technician is required to leave another site. Billed at 150% higher rate than normal, same for A.H. on-site work.

17. On-line backup <50GB (Managed, secure, in Australia, daily, any data)

(more than 50GB will be assessed &/or modified as required)

18.  Local backup to existing drives  (extra backup, archiving. External drives are extra)

19.  Server system imaging to local drives – DR Disaster Recovery process (setup & monitor. DR software license is extra)
